How to end a funeral.poem

I've combined a couple of poems to read at my Nan's funeral to make one. It's not finished as I need to change the tense first person throughout and maybe a few tweaks. I wasn't sure if I was reading with my cousin or alone, hence why some bits are we and I but now I know its just me.

I'm not keen on sleep tight and want to say something like good night and I hope you can be reunited with grandad now....but I can't think of any good words. Does anyone have ideas please?

'Goodnight Nan, sweet dreams, finally with Grandad again'

Lovely poem op, and sorry for your loss Flowers hope the funeral goes as well as can be expected

I'd go with an 'until we meet again' type thing if you believe in afterlife
