So she will call DH, but whenever we ask her to call my phone she says something like ''Laiste's mobile yes?'' and we say yes, and then she tries and then immediately says ''Sorry, call cannot be completed''.
Does anyone know why this is?
I've googled and googled it and all i keep getting is advice about putting your number in her contacts and making sure 'communicate' is switched on. Both of these things are obviously already done as she can ring DH (so 'communicate' is on) and she knows who i am (because she's asking to confirm Laiste's mob) but can't complete the call.
If we read out my number into her to try to call it she tries and then says the same thing.
Anyone got any ideas?

ps the main reason for doing this is in case youngest DD is home alone (she's just got old enough to be left for short times) needs to call me and can't find or hasn't charged her mobile. DH can't always answer his phone.
