I haven't seen this type of thread yet so please do point me in the direction of it if I've missed it.
Every few days I read a new story behind the people whose lives were affected by the Post Office Horizon scandal. I thought it would be good to pay tribute to the brave postmasters and mistresses whose persistence to fight for the truth fills me with admiration but anger for the way they were treated by the PO, sometimes their communities and sometimes their previous family are friends. My plan was to do that by having a record of their stories on one thread.
The story that prompted me to start this thread was BBC News - Post Office scandal: 'Mum was sent to prison on my 10th birthday'

Because of how their community believed in Seema's guilt and the impact it had on Adi, her 10 year old son.
Feel free to post links to anyone else's story if they were affected by the Horizon scandal. Ideally we wouldn't have duplicate stories but sometimes the story can be told from different angles.
