Are we barred from portinatx or something ?

In Ibiza ? I can't seem to find anything on TUI or jet2 - keeps telling me to change my search, which I do (limited to school holidays though) and then just brings up other areas of Ibiza instead...
I really want to go to Portinatx though it looks stunning !! Anyone been and know why it seems so limited in hotels to book?

I live there. Try searching for accommodation independently via booking.com for example.

I don’t think there are any tour operators who come to portinatx anymore.

Are you limiting your search to hotels or would you consider apartments? How many children and how are you splitting the rooms if in a hotel?

Touty · 27/01/2024 12:35

Also I think the hotels here are all adults only so you would need an apartment

We went a few years ago and it was lovely. I think we went with Jet 2. The lovely hotel we stayed in ( with water park adjoining ) was becoming an adults only hotel from the following season and we were gutted as it was so lovely we would have liked to return.

Thank you everyone, makes sense now why nothing is coming up ! I have looked on booking.com and found a few apartments.
Can I ask why tour operators don't come there anymore ? Is it not any good for us as a family ?

Thanks for the link but out of the 4 hotels, 3 are adult only and the one that isn't again has no availability lol

Any suggestions for family friendly resorts ? We don't want it super quiet but the main thing for (me) is a beautiful beach !! Shallow warm waters

Santa Eularia and Cala longa and es cana are great, he have been to all of these on family holidays. Portinatx is lovely but quite far from everything else.
