How can I find out what this writing (Japanese?) says?

DS has bought a sweatshirt on TikTok and it has this printed on it. I think he should know what it actually says before he wears it. I don't even know what language it is, but I'm guessing Japanese.

It says 'Tokyo' in Japanese kanji.

You can use translation apps or sites like https://kanji.sljfaq.org/ to translate.

Google translate says "Tokyo". You can use the camera feature to translate Japanese ( have son who loves Japanese things/manga so use it a fair bit!)

Previous posters seem to have given the answer but you are able to download an app which will translate writing for you if you point your camera at it or upload a photo. It's really useful for future reference.

Google translate tells me the t-shirt says "flowers in full bloom", with a picture of cherry blossom. DS is so rock and roll!
