So without giving too much away we are trying to make out the letters/numbers on a car reg leaving our street after an incident. The police are involved and will hopefully get to it next week but things have moved so slowly that we are trying to get the reg ourselves to speed things up. The camera shows definite letters/numbers but as it is moving at speed you just can’t quite make them all out. Does anyone have any genius suggestions of how to edit the video or any other ideas on how we can make it out? Any post I can see on this is 10+ years ago so id imagine there is much better technology for it now. It’s so frustrating to be able to see it but not fully make it out.. please help 🤞🏻
