Confused about delivery.

This is what is says about delivery:

Your
HIPPOBAG(s) will be despatched for next working day
delivery if you have ordered before 12pm.

I ordered on Wednesday but it was after 12. So should it be delivered today? (Friday)

If its not today I might have to pick a bag up from a DIY store . Which I don't want to do unless no choice .
