Strong damp towel like smell, around loo but :loose tiles there what do I need?

Around loo there is a strong damp towel smell. The kitchen ceiling below is showing very small black area but it doesn't feel damp... The tiles around the loo are stuck down still but have missing grout... Shall I call a plumber for leak potential or tiler because it's grout?

A plumber can usually replace grout, but a tiler can't do plumbing.

Just sorry because it's probably a bigger job if there is a leak (plumber) rather than just damp tiles

I think it could be quite a significant leak unfortunately but hopefully plumber coming next week!
