I feel like I’m going crazy! We gave DS an old iphone last year as we knew it was easy to put restrictions on it. He got an iPad for Christmas for the same reasons. Since the last update Apple keeps turning off the restrictions it’s so annoying.

It’s not DS cracking the pin which I thought was the case. He swore blind it wasn’t and got me to put the parental controls on and then left his phone with me. Sure enough a few hours laster they were gone again.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes, we’ve got the same issue here. It has been going on for over twelve months though. I haven’t installed the latest update yet and was hoping it might finally resolve it but it seems not from what you say.

It’s so frustrating. There are quite a lot of similar reports when you Google it but Apple don’t seem interest in sorting it out.
