CMS PETITION

Does anyone know of an active petition against CMS ? Or know how to start one without my name being public?

I realised recently that the way Universal Credit expects self employed people to submit their earnings etc, would work brilliantly for CMS.

For example, as a self employed person I have to.....
Submit monthly earnings
Have quarterly meetings to assess my income, my income earning activity etc.
I am expected to work more as my youngest child gets older.

Today I had to take in ID in person as I had changed my bank account!

If they can do this for UC (there were plenty of staff, still some empty desks etc) then surely the same could be done for paying parents of CMS? With each claim being treated individually?

Then receiving parents might receive the correct money
Paying parents can't get away with claiming self employment which having multiple extravagant items in their life
Paying parents who do overtime to help with their overheads don't get extra taken the following year etc.

Surely this could work??

I have 2 exes. One owes £18,000. Due to pay £7 a week for two teens (was 4 teens!) But doesn't pay.
2nd ex pays £80 a quarter for two children.
Both self employed. Number 1 lives an extravagant life style.
Number 2 earns what he needs, nothing more

I am currently at Parliamentary Ombudsman stage. I've been through CMS complaints, ICE complaints, MP and now at the final stage (I think).

It's a national disgrace and another government scandal.
