Can you make a full roast with potatoes and sides in a mini oven?

Just that really. Roast for five people as I will have guests tomorrow. Kids are picky so I thought a roast could be a good option. I've never used the Mini oven before (the brand is one concept). Is that possible or should I go for a plan B? Thank you

Buy a rotisserie chicken (or two) so you only have to do veggie?

I hadn't thought of that. Thanks so much!

Our cooker conked out and we used a mini oven with two hobs on top for a month or so before we got a new one. I managed to cook a roast in there, we had two shelves in ours so could have one for the meat, one for roast potatoes and/or parsnips and then two types of veg on the hobs. Keep the lids on and hot water in your veg while you do the gravy afterwards. As long as the gravy is piping hot then that helps if you struggle with the timings of everything else.

Otherwise for lots of people, we could get two pretty big lasagnes or pasta bakes in ours and then just pair with some salad.
