Is anyone else this dippy?

OK so I'm trying to figure out why I'm so dippy. I always have been if I'm honest, got myself into all kinds of scrapes others wouldn't. I'm not talking about looking for the glasses sat on your head or trying to change channel with your phone, both of these are standard in my day, but more outrageous things that I think might get worse as I age. For instance, I was in my thirties when I left my boss a pocket dial voicemail of simultaneously singing and weeing on the toilet and when I unwittingly made my way into someone else's hotel room in Dubai (cleaner let me in as key card naturally didn't work) and spent a whole 45 minutes lolling on their newly made bed, in my bikini, scrolling on my phone. I only realised when I started running a bath and opened the wardrobe that I was in the wrong room (the one directly above mine.) My friends think I'm hilarious, my husband is also amused, but long suffering, but I do wonder if there is something I can or should do. I have briefly mentioned it to my GP but they also just laughed. With everyone becoming more aware of neurodivergence and seeking a diagnosis, I don't want to jump on that bandwagon, but sometimes I do wonder... I'm not sure I need to understand all the whys and wherefores but feel I need to mitigate it in some way. I did well academically and I have functioned well in senior roles but find it hard to ground myself or be practical. Is anyone else like this? What do/would you do?
Thanks for reading.
