Are there any programmes/songs you can't watch/listen to because they make you feel too nostalgic?

I can't listen to certain songs because I actually feel a knot in my stomach... I had to switch off the radio today.

Yes. Some things that I watched with my ex I can't watch anymore. They remind me too much of him and I can't cope with the memories.

Yes. Well I'm not sure "nostalgic" is the right word but I can't think of what would fit better. Triggered is too acute. Haunted? Bit dramatic. 🙄

Anyway, I don't think I could watch Friends again due to who I watched it with and what happened to them after.

Not sure this is nostalgic, but I can't listen to 'Two can play that game' Bobby Brown as it was on the radio so much in 1995 - when I was in hospital for a month following bowel surgery complications.

I mean I've only heard it a handful of times since but it's taken me right back to that children's ward every time :(
