Woman who says lovely chairs

I went to an event recently and was told by stranger that I look like some woman off the tv who says "lovely chairs"

I've googled and can't find anything

Any ideas?

I'm not sure it's a compliment!

Do you have dark hair, cut in a bob? The TV presenter Sarah Moore (Money for Nothing) might say that when looking for items to recycle at the Council tip.

Not really I don't have a fringe and have blondish hair but it was dark so maybe it looked darker!
