Tried to phone Lidl Customer Service and it's all automated. Nobody to speak to and the Chatbot can't answer my question, nor can the FAQ.
If anyone can help I'd love to know?
Bought a new phone tried to log into the Lidl App but can't. It's treating me as a new sign up. Create Account.
I've got one and all.my points are on there. Surely I dont have to start again as a new Customer?
Have they been lost just because I changed phone? No option to log on. Just sign up.
Another reason it would be good to talk to a human their end instead of messages?
