Is anyone here with O2 for monthly phone plan and also has Virgin broadband?

And have you been abroad? Apparently this means you don't need any extra bolt on data bundle and can use phone / data outside of Europe as if you were at home? Has anyone else had a problem with this?

Their lines are constantly busy and I can't get through...

I've have both, and yes, no problems at all in the countries that are covered by this arrangement. It's the reason that I swapped my mobile to O2

Even in America? I can go all that way without adding on a data bundle and just use my phone normally with my own data etc. Seems hard to believe!

Well I haven't been to America since I joined O2, but if it didn't work (and it's supposed to) I think people would have been shouting about it.

I have both, you can use it in US and Canada and some other countries.

Just make sure you have the bolt on, look in your myo2 it shows as Travel Inclusive Zone.
