Would anyone like a tarot reading?

I've been learning about tarot for a few months. I'd like to try some remote readings to help me practise, as long as you don't mind that I'm still getting to know my deck!

You can ask a question if you want and I'll pull a card. Although I can't tell the future, I can perhaps give you some insight. Alternatively, I can pull a card for you without a question and give you a broad idea on your life at the moment.

I would be interested to know if any of the readings are useful! I'll answer for the next hour or so.

I've been checking in daily to see where you're up to OP, thinking you've still got ages to go and you could be here all bloomin' year!

Ooh thanks so much! This is actually quite accurate in my life at this stage now.

I must admit apart from a strange tarot card reader I saw when I was 18/19 and it didn’t seem accurate at all and he had a big dog growling by his desk I’ve not really been into tarot cards and I can’t recall anyone else doing them for me. Not a disbeliever though!

Don't give yourself a hard time. Tarot isn't real, it's literally the same as children do with a magic box gift, it's a form of entertainment. As you know, you, or a pack of cards, don't have a talent or ability to see into the future as life doesn't happen like that sadly. If only you could look at a username and answer life's big questions!

You have a nice way of explaining the game though and, if taken for what it is, as if you're giving positive advice/suggestions, then it's innocent fun.

Please be wary giving negative predictions. One previous poster said they'd had a horrendous year and your "cards" have predicted another tough year. This is problematic to me. They could be really struggling and you've told them they're having another hard year. That will feel like a big blow to them if they're already very low. Given tarot can't possibly be true, that's just an unnecessary burden on the poster, so be wary and be kind.

Do you think a random poster with a pack of cards can tell you more about your life than you can?

As with anything, work hard and don't let anyone take advantage of you, whether that's your current or future partner, or a 'tarot' reader.
