Talk to me about Bugaboo prams

Seen the cameleon3 on the bugaboo website for £400, this includes carrycot and seat. The deal seems too good to be true. We are torn between that and the Mamas and Papas Ocarro. It will mainly be for use in the first 6 months.

Also ordered a Bugaboo butterfly for when bub is 6 months plus.

Purchasing a safer car seat separately and won’t be using it as part of a travel system.

It's just because it's an old model. You can pick up a second hand cam3 for about £100 these days. I wasn't much of a bugaboo fan but had a donkey for my twins and it was lovely. Bit limiting when you need a double though!

Cam 3 is discontinued hence the cheap price. It's a lovely pram and pushchair.

Seems complete madness to buy two pram systems when one is only being used for 6 months!

Why don’t you get the Dragonfly with the carrycot attachment so it can be used through to toddler-hood?

Gosh the Chameleon 3 was the pram I got when I had first DC (who is now 11)

It did last for DC2 and DC3 as well and was used everyday for about 8 years!!

The Cameleon is my favourite Bugaboo and I've had them all except the Donkey.

I love that it's sturdy yet much lighter than alternative brands.

I love my bugaboo and all the ones I tried as couldn’t decide on a model.

Was considering the Occarro but found when I tested it out the bugaboos were much sturdier and easy to manoeuvre

Love our fox 5. It put the silver cross we had first to shame.
