Hi there, hoping someone can advise as I'm not sure what to do.
A glass fell from the top shelf of the cupboard in the kitchen (about 5.5 foot high), the bottom of it bounced off my four year olds big toe joint. The toe is red with some light purple bruising on the joint and ball of the foot and the toe is a little swollen but he's walking on it, would you go to a&e for this? He doesn't seem bothered by it unless it's touched but seems to have a high pain tolerance (had quite a bump to the head at preschool and carried on like nothing had happened), it's really hard to judge.
Thank you in advance

Put ice in a tea towel and put it on it to bring the swelling down
If he can walk on it without pain that’s good
kids bones heel very quickly
