Not just individual threads, but whole ‘boards’?
I hid the Covid board a long time ago as it was full of conspiracy theorists and other obsessives, and I recently did the same with the Middle East board for similar reasons.
I’ve also hid the conception board as I was fed up with threads about ‘nub theory’ and the baby names board is just mad.

I think it’s useful to ‘curate’ MN for our own tastes for reasons of preserving sanity.

Not as yet but I think I need to hide Style and Beauty. Sometimes threads from there come up in Active and I have to work hard not to reply to most of them saying "why the fuck do you care about what random people claim is fashionable in jeans? Wear what you want" or "yes you are a gullible idiot for spending loads on skincare. It's bollocks".
