Oxfordshire for teens

Looking to move to Oxfordshire with family (kids currently age 12 &10). Looking for towns/villages around Oxford with stuff going on for teens! We like Charlbury; station/good pubs/arty quirky feel, great for us adults, but is it any good for teens?! Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Surely teens living anywhere near Oxford gravitate to the city itself for their social life?

(I spent a lot of time in a village south of Oxford in my late teens - it would never have occurred to me or my friends to look for entertainment in the village. Everything we did was Oxford based.)

So I’d say good transport links or uncongested roads in would be more important criteria.
