Keep calm during redundancy

How do you maintain calm, perspective and professionalism during periods of tricky redundancy? It may or may not impact me but the likelihood is relatively high and I'll have to interview for the posts left. Right now I just feel bitter, stressed and angry.

My employer is currently ‘not ruling out redundancies’ and we won’t know what’s happening for approx 6 weeks. Keeping busy is the only distraction technique I can think of. It’s grim, though.

It's awful isn't it. No compassion that I literally can't afford not to work. I would lose house, couldn't pay bills and I'd be screwed. I'm a hard worker & it just feels like a kick in the teeth. They always say it's nothing personal but it feels personal when your house is on the line and you quite literally won't be able to feed yourself without finding another job.
