What does the text mean?

I’m new to this site and while reading comments I was a little confused.

I need some of the meanings explained please.

DS I think is the “D” is for daughter but what’s the “s” or “c” mean?
I know gf is girlfriend
S is for son but haven’t a clue what any letters after it mean

DD - Dear Daughter
DS - Dear Son

DS/DD is darling/dear son or daughter
DH for husband
DC for child
