Feeling grotty with weird sore throat. Anyone else?

Went all dizzy and nauseous in Aldi and had to abandon my shopping and come home. Felt cold all afternoon and now got a weird dripping sensation and the need to clear my throat constantly. I've only just got over a cold and am unreasonably irritated. Any magic medicines anyone loves? I'm craving the Spanish sore throat spray I got one holiday years ago that numbed everything and tasted like magic banana medicine. Yuk

Just be careful, I was feeling better and then covid induced pleurisy hit and now I'm wiped out again.

My sore throat has eased, thank goodness, but I now seem to have a cold. And I still have the weird taste in my mouth, I'm really fed up of that now.

I tested positive on Saturday, but had symptoms (but negative tests) from Thursday
