Looking for inspiration to use gorgeous fabric remnants

I just got given a large bag full of gorgeous prints. I had intended to make some lovely cushion covers but when I got the fabric it is fine georgette sort of fabric. Now I have no idea what I can make with the pieces, many about 40x70 cm. Any ideas mate st welcome.

Lots of lightweight cotton too..I guess it's an internet search for me as no mumsnetter tips? Will see if there is a crAft forum

I've recently made a Luna lapin and lots of fine fabrics would make for some lovely outfits for the rabbit with impeccable taste. Something along those lines?

Make beautiful gift bags? Easy to do quick to make and reusable! We use them instead of wrapping or paper/plastic gift bags

Make a pieced quilt. Hexagons work well. Tutorials are on YouTube.

Years ago I saw a sort of patchwork robe/dressing gown that I became fired up to copy. I was tired of dressing gowns that gaped, or came undone, and didn't keep my legs warm.

It was going to be long strips of fabric (shades of purple), and a cotton lining, interlined with lightweight wadding for warmth. It was going to be vaguely 1940s in style, probably buttoning at the waist, rather than having an annoying tie belt.

Still haven't done it 😁Maybe one day.

You could do something like that though.

Can we have a photo of the fabrics please?

You could still make cushion covers, but if the material is too fine, put some backing fabric on, or even perhaps frame the fabric in a panel on the cushion cover iyswim.
