Im looking for a large roasting tray for doing roast potatoes for larger groups, something long lasting and good quality!

Any recommendations?

Yes! I bought two last year as I cook Christmas dinner for 18 and wanted the same for roast potatoes. I think I’ve done about 30 in one tin.
I bought Aga full sized tins and they are fab quality and perfect for the job. I think it says not to use them on a gas hob, but I do when turning and basting the potatoes and the tins have been fine.
I’ve got a Neff oven and these tins slide perfectly into the slots on the oven walls. Couldn’t be happier with them. They do cost but the quality is fab

We use a clear Pyrex roasting dish. It's around forty years old, still looks almost new, easy to clean and is fine with very high temperatures for roasties, as long as you heat them a bit first (run it under the hot tap before you put it into a massively hot oven.

Way better than any other I've had, and it can't rust or peel.
