Gift ideas for the loveliest 17yo

Bit lost because my own children are so much younger.

For the last few years I’ve had a young lady assist me at work, a few hours every weekend. She is just so lovely - bright, diligent, makes an effort, diplomatic when needed, so reliable - just a gem really. She will be stepping back soon to concentrate on A levels and I’d like to get her a small gift (alongside an effusive reference letter for future employment). Up to £20 or so. No real insight into her interest / hobbies, though in a pinch I know her dad to ask. Or just give cash / a voucher? What would others suggest?

How lovely! Perhaps a box of chocs and a John Lewis or Boots voucher (thinking of nice make up ). Any voucher would go down well!

Maybe have a look at somewhere like Not on the High Street for a small personalised gift.
