Been counting down the days since August!

It’s an amazing city. I lived there for a year, and am going back to visit later this year. They’ve just had quite a bit of snow and it’s freezing cold at the moment, so take a decent coat. I love NYC but have never been so cold as when I lived there during winter!

I done 5 days there on my own, what are you into? I've been 5 times now so didn't bother much with sightseeing on this trip. I just mooched round different areas and ate. I think on a solo trip its actually better to have a full itinerary as I am lazy and wasted a lot of time procrastinating.

It is really safe there, loads of police. Not like the UK where we have none. Enjoy and just take normal precautions lole you would here

If it’s anything like as cold as when I visited one December for a wedding, please take very warm outdoor things! Inc. a good hat and earmuffs! The arctic wind really hurt my ears.
