Yes as long as it doesn't contradict the reason for pip. So claim pip as you are physically disabled but are a carer for your autistic child fine. Claim as a carer that you dress , bathe and help your mum with toileting then no.

Yes they can. U can be in need of extra help due to a disability and still work, which is what being a carer is classed as.🤗

I claim both. I physically need help and support however my son needs support in other ways which is what I do for him.
