An unimportant question about storing cucumbers

Now I do not have a life before anyone asks!

When you put it in the fridge do you take the plastic off or leave it on?

Leave it on. They shrivel up if you take it off.

I leave the plastic on... which makes it easier when I have to chuck them because I have forgotten I have them

I was only thinking about it while putting the shopping away. I take the bag off carrots and off tomatoes etc but even when i chop the cucumber i pull the wrapping back over it and put it back.

I leave the plastic on the cucumber, although Morrisons often does cucumbers which have no plastic and they keep well. I also keep all other veg in their bags in the fridge.
