GoHenry question

Seems really simple, but I'm either missing something or being very thick.

Both my DD's have GoHenry accounts. One has recently turned 18 and, getting ready for Uni, has opened an account with a high street bank.

Gone on the app to cancel just her account and keep you get DD's account and I seem to have to cancel them both?

FAQ's aren't helpful neither!

Cancel both and get them a Revolut<18 card instead.

Very similar in operation except it's free. You need to open an account yourself as well but that is also free (you can pay for extra features but not generally necessary)
