It does not seem like a lot but since getting a running injury and wallowing in that for a while, these 2 kgs have crept on. I am small generally and feel them on my thighs and how clothes fit.
Walking is hard working full time, in cold and dark nights.
When I cut down on good, I feel nauseous and can’t really work.
Sounds really stupid, but how can I shift them without major shake ups to life?
