How to lose 4 pounds / 2 kg?

It does not seem like a lot but since getting a running injury and wallowing in that for a while, these 2 kgs have crept on. I am small generally and feel them on my thighs and how clothes fit.

Walking is hard working full time, in cold and dark nights.

When I cut down on good, I feel nauseous and can’t really work.

Sounds really stupid, but how can I shift them without major shake ups to life?

Walk in the dark, I do it every morning for an hour with a head torch.

Eat 16:8 for two weeks or even better, 18:6. I eat between 9am and 5pm.

Work out 1200, cals for you - work out a menu, stick to it for two weeks. Voila.
