I noticed these sore red patches on my toes (please see pics)

They are not extremely sore, but a little. I'm wondering if it's from cold weather?
I've worn trainers a few times this week and my feet have been FROZEN When walking. I would usually wear ugg boots but I had to wash them, hence wearing trainers

Chilblains. Cream will help

Chilblains. Used to be normal.

Avoid extreme temperature shifts- don’t reheat your feet fast, and try not to let them get too cold. It’s itchy and hard to get rid of. Use moisturiser or cooling soothing creams.

Go to the chemist and get balmosa cream. Works wonders on chilblaines.
