Does anyone have experience of what this role or similar is like and happy to give me some insight?
I'm an ex teacher so can match the "communicating and influencing" requirements.
It pays £30 which is great. Is there room for progression once inside the Cs in this role? Can you jump into other types of department or roles?
Also day to day what is it like? Is it like a big admin job? (Have worked in very people based roles such as teaching so literally wondering what day to do it looks like).
Finally is it soul destroying like the pip assessments would feel like or does it feel helpful?
Can you plan your time flexibly?
Thankyou 😁
