What colour worktops do you have and what colour walls?

pics would be great too 😊

Ours is matte black. We just have wood effect work tops and white walls and tiles. We're currently in process of selling though, hence the estate agent photo. It's not usually that tidy ha.

Charcoal kitchen, v dark work top with a red-ish brown going through it (looked like spilled red wine)

White walls but lots of gold, green and burnt orange through the room in furniture, soft furnishings, pictures and appliances.

Maybe not black/charcoal, but very dark grey, and I have concrete effect Dekton.

We are planning one wall floor to ceiling cupboards and an island. I can’t decide on how light to go with worktop.

We went with a 25mm laminate worktop because we self built and costs spiralled out of control.

We actually have similar to what you mentioned you would like. This was the plan of ours. (Hopefully photo attaches)

Glad it wasn’t just me! I did think designing your kitchen round the colour of a cat was a bit much for a second when I opened the thread, before my brain caught up…

I can't get over the idea of just how much cat hair would show on a black or charcoal kitchen. One of my girls is charcoal and white, and she sheds a helluva lot of floof.

I thought it was kitten too, was so confused! 😁
