PMT is so irritating

Disclaimer: I have PCOS so it's already a pain in the ass.

Just occasionally my period is delayed due to PCOS, but this just mean PMT is there for longer.

I am bloated, retaining water (hardly need to pee despite good fluid intake), my breasts are painful and giant, my hair is oily and my trousers are too tight. I sent DH out of the lounge as his breathing was annoying earlierConfusedBlush! (Have apologised to him as I was def. being unreasonable Grin. I'm also starving and weepy.

I am a joy to be around 😳

Is this a perk haha of being in my early 40's?

In a way, it's reassuring that no one else has PMT Grin
