I've had the song Jessie sings in Toy Story 2 in my head for 3 days straight. Makes me cry when I hear it as it is! Wish there was an easy way to purge an ear worm with a song you like!

The only way I can think of to deal with it is to listen to my toddlers cbeebies playlist

Apparently the way to get rid of an ear worm is to let it play all the way to the end (prompting with a recording if necessary). Not sure if it’s true or not.

I get earworms when I am overworked/tired /stressed . . . And then if it's nighttime, can't sleep because of them.
