Texting a guy that I work with. And simultaneously spent weeks flirting with. He’s been off for a while. We texted last night.
Conversation was as follows:
Him: “I sort of wish I could properly explain to you why I’m off. I just can’t be open though”
Me: “yeah I can’t even say a lot right now as I haven’t a clue what’s happening. But you know where I am regardless. I can listen to as much or little as you want me to”
Him:”it’s fine I’ll sort it” then he sent me some random meme
Me: “I just said I’ll listen regardless. The offers there for you to take or leave.” And I sent the laughing emoji for the meme
Him: another meme
Me:yeh I agree. I think cooking for myself is a waste of time after a long day.
I don’t know if the conversation just doesn’t flow well or if I’m just being a bit dismissive?
I’m autistic too so I can’t ever figure out if my tone is off…I do think I may be wrong here possible.
