Where can I find this type of house?

A bit of day dreaming here as our budget is £600k at most... But where in the UK (ideally close to a proper city) can I find a house that has a big ground floor (at least 60sqm) and two big bedrooms (one at the very least 25sqm, and the other one around 20sqm). I'd also need a third bedroom but that one can be standard double size.

I don't necessarily want many rooms just big open spaces, and big enough bedrooms where you can have a bed and a sitting area. TIA!

Yep, up north in the vicinity of Manchester, Leeds or Liverpool. I live about 20 mins drive from Manchester and you could get that for 600k (it's a nice area as well).

I would buy a good size 3 bed On a good plot for £450 and extend it . Someone did that to our lovely 3 bed and it's awesome

That one definitely has the downstairs that we'd like, the bedrooms are on the smaller size (and we definitely don't need 5!)

We're terrible at getting anything done, which is why we'd rather have a house that's ready to move in.
