Sweaty Betty, is there anyway to contact them?

I’ve been sent a faulty item, but there doesn’t seem to be anyway get in touch with them. The web chat doesn’t work, there is no telephone number and they don’t respond when you send a message. Anyone know how I can get in contact? Has anyone else had this problem?

I use Facebook messenger and they usually get back the same day, I think they're quite busy ATM so it's taken a couple of days but they're really helpful when they do reply.

I’ve just tried the email and had the automated message with the, we will get back to you within 14 days. Has anyone else had a problem with the zips on their products? This is the second one that’s arrived with a faulty zip within a short time. The replacement that arrived last time was fine, so it’s not my inability to do zips.

I heard back in 3 days so hope it will be quicker than 14 days. I have a coat from there with a zip and it's fine, otherwise mostly leggings etc - no zips.

I messaged them via instagram. They responded within 24 hours and everything got sorted

I commented on a post on instagram and got a very quick response.
Fairly quick response 2 weeks ago from email too. Received a really badly torn item of clothing. I am a huge SB fan, but I do think the quality is definitely not the same.

Update
Managed to contact them via social media and after a couple of messages, they sent out a replacement. They’re actually ok when you can finally get through to them. Although I will probably will avoid their zipped products in future. The gym tops and trousers are good though. I hope anyone else with issues, managed to get it sorted.

@Anxhor I used a voucher so had to speak to someone so I could transfer it to the replacement.
