My DH opened a letter addressed to the previous owner of our house accidentally yesterday (we've lived here 3 years) as the name had shifted outside the little plastic window. It was a parking fine. I assume this means that his car is still registered at our house. Could this cause us problems? We sent the letter back to the council it came from, with 'not at this address' on it. Do I need to inform the DVLA? If so, is there a form to fill in or anything?
