I’ve been up every fucking hour to let the dog out, she is doing very runny poo. Must be at least four times since 11 pm.

do I call a vet tomorrow?

@steppemum, it's standard vet advice when dogs have had a stomach upset

I know, but I am saying as the one who knows my dog best, he is better in this situation on his normal food rather than swapping in.
Bear in mind that this dog has had a mildly loose stomach for less than 24 hours.

So, the bottom line is, talk to the owner, because they will know their own dog best.

I totally agree with discussing the issue with the owner first, @steppemum

Same here @steppemum - they're well intentioned but this isn't OP's dog and she shouldn't be doing anything without speaking to the owner or with the dogs' vet.

Not your decision. Ask the owner.
