Norwegian Restaurants minimum height

Watching Ben Fogle - i’m confused , why would there be a minimum height for the ceiling? Google doesn’t assist

Health and safety? So tall people don't bang their heads?

Possibly but it seems a very odd thing to need to regulate - presumably most restaurants would want their customers to be comfortable

Could be a way of ensuring adequate ventilation - important in a space where there's lots of gas or other burning to cook over

I thought the same thing, it made me laugh. I kind of thought Norway would be a Bit more relaxed.
