Sweet chilli chicken sausages....?

I've been subbed in my online shop, meant to get chicken and herb sausages, was subbed with sweet chilli chicken sausages. Happy to use them, but that has thrown me re what to do with them. Don't fancy them for some of the usual sausage dishes eg with mash or in toad. Don't fancy them for breakfast with eggs!
The only thing I can think of is some kind of traybake with the sausages, sweet potato, red peppers sort of thing
Any ideas welcome!

Not sure about the chicken sausages but I've made this with sweet chilli sausages and it's extra lovely with those! (I don't use cayenne, the mild spice is better!)

I usually chop them up and throw into some pasta with some herbs, red peppers/mushrooms/onions and a tin of tomatoes. Nice quick evening meal.

They're delicious! I take the skins off. Fry them and throw them and the oil into some pasta, onion and peppers.

Absolutely delicious. I would be thrilled with that substitution.
