I'm currently 4 weeks post discectomy surgery , and my surgeon has suggested I could start with some pilates workouts as I am not allowed to do any extreme exercise for 6 months
I am hoping to be able to tone my legs again, due to my sciatica before surgery my left leg is extremely weak
I have done pilates before, but I am hoping to get some good recommendations for online videos. Unfortunately I don't have time to attend classes at the moment , but would love some online videos to get me started
