I'm just wondering how it works?
I have a shop local to me who offers one of the parcel sending services. The man behind the counter is always really off with me when I drop my parcel in but polite when I'm buying something from the other counter.
Do retailers get paid for offering these services? If so what sort of amounts? Or is it more to increase footfall and they don't get anything for it.
