Hi I had to have an epistiotomy and lost around 1.2L blood which is similar to a c section
I’ve had 2 c sections in the past and don’t remember feeling this weak
anyway hemoglobin was 95 and I was fainting in hosp and they refused iron transfusion
sent me home with ferrous sulphate later changed to fumarate
im having terrible shooting pains around Anus( tmi)minutes before bowel movement that make me cry out and grip something nearby its terrifying
she sent me scheriproct cream for piles that were there before the birth (but not as big )that keep bleeding after going to toilet . They have shrunk a bit but keep bleeding.
I also have lactulose and dioctyl pills
. the shooting pains around rectum are still there even if the stool is soft.
should I just take spatone or floradix and ask for a Referal for piles
