Ruggable rugs - are they worth it?

Just as the subject really, please. I would like a washable rug but they are £££. If you have one, have you found it a worthwhile investment? I got the last rug for my sitting room from TK Maxx for £100 so debating whether to go back there or if the extra money is worth it. Thank you.

I’ve got a turtle mat at my kitchen door which was expensive enough , around £50-60 I think . I’m not impressed, still wet footprints everywhere. I washed it and it took a couple of days to dry - no tumble dryer .
