I ordered two little paw dog biscuits. One chicken and one duck
They sent me the duck but accidentally sent me cat biscuits for the chicken instead of dog.
Got into contact with them and I was told to keep the cat biscuits (which is handy as I also have a cat) and they will send a replacement bag of dog biscuits. Well they sent two replacement bags. I got 3kg worth of dog biscuits!
I was very well chuffed. They are definitely a good company to order from.
