1-2 day delivery means what exactly?

I thought it meant that it would be delivered within 1-2 working days if placed before 1pm ? I placed an order tues evening so it should have come on 11 or 12 January?

It didn’t arrive - the company are telling me that 1-2 day delivery means a day to process the order then nothing till they decide to ship it then 1-2 days from that day whenever it is?!!
The website states 1-2 working days if order placed before 1 pm and pay for fast track otherwise it’s cheaper and the Royal Mail 48 hr service .

Im just annoyed as needed an item within the 1-2 days and they are annoying me arguing over the definition of a fast track (expensive) 1-2 day service !!

I agree OP, if they are selling at 1-2 working day fast track service, that's the timescale you'd expect it to arrive in. TBH even if it says "1-2 working days from dispatch" without clarifying how long dispatch will take, that's extremely misleading.

I had similar with a delivery. The delivery was within X number of days, but they only had the courier collect once a week, so the clock started then.

Luckily it wasn't urgent, and I then had to restart the process as they managed to lose it. (Flat packed furniture).

I just find it so misleading and the customer service is awful they are basically saying the 1-2 days starts whenever they want it to 🤦‍♀️

What website is it? I offer a next day delivery service but it also states "plus dispatch time" so I try to make it as clear as possible that next day delivery doesn't mean they will receive their order the following day.

Conceive plus

I can’t see anything saying that it’s from dispatch I think just 1-2 for orders placed before 1 pm

Their delivery policy would also lead me to believe that it is 1-2 working days from ordering provided the item is in stock. Are they saying it wasn't in stock?

No they haven’t said that and it’s been in stock the whole time so I dont think it’s a stock issue

And it’s just turned up ! Better late than never but I won’t be ordering again from them as their customer service was awful

Order from Amazon in future more reliable

I definitely will this has really put me off directly ordering with conceive plus . Might even see if I can find alternatives to their products they were really quite rude and dismissive

I have used both preseed and conceive plus , I didn't notice a difference both helped me to conceive within 1 or 2 months.

I’ll try preseed then Thankyou ! I think I just got so annoyed as tried to order it to coincide with my fertile window and it didn’t come in time !!!

I would be cross to at a "wasted" month. Hope you have success with the Preseed.
